A Therapist Who Sees the Whole You

Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about listening to what’s been silenced.

Who I Am

I’m Suzana Gras—a psychotherapist, life coach, and lifelong observer of what makes people tick. With more than a decade of experience, I work with thoughtful, growth-oriented people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and live more truthfully.

I bring a cross-cultural lens, a sharp mind, and a warm presence into the room. My clients often say they feel both challenged and supported—able to laugh, cry, and say things they’ve never said out loud before.

My Style

I don’t believe in passive therapy and I don’t believe in standardized protocols either. Forcing outcomes isn’t my thing either. My work balances deep exploration with practical tools—so you not only understand your patterns, but start shifting them. At your own pace.

You can expect sessions to feel like a blend of deep conversation, guided reflection, and emotional work. Depending on your needs, I may use:

  • Psychodynamic insight
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
  • Cognitive-behavioral hypnotherapy
  • Coaching tools for clarity and action

My Background

I’ve trained in multiple therapeutic modalities across Romania, the UK, and internationally. I’ve also done my own long-term therapy and clinical supervision, which I consider essential—not just credentials, but the backbone of ethical, grounded work.

I speak Romanian and English fluently, and soon Spanish. I’ve worked with clients across Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East—people with diverse beliefs, careers, and life paths.

Why I Do This Work

Because people like you exist.

People who care. Who reflect. Who sense that something in their life doesn’t quite match what they know they’re capable of—or worthy of. I’ve been there myself. And I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, finally heard, and deeply accompanied in your process.
